This may have to do with the deadlock in Bug 8591. The event handling thread
is stuck on the deadlock and therefore, unable process other events. That
explains the enqueuing of OBJECT_ACTION for Automatic with nothing happening.
All locations being "offline" leads me to believe the nwamd was refreshed. Is
it true? I've seen that behavior before Bug 8591 was fixed.
(I'm changing the bug status to INCOMPLETE to gather more information)
