Good question.  Checking the code, I see that the if the "automatic" NCP 
doesn't exist when nwamd starts, it is created.  So, if a user deletes 
the "automatic" NCP, then it shouldn't affect the current session as 
that NCP has already been read.

As for the NoNet and Automatic (automatic? or Automatic?) locations, 
these are also recreated if they don't exist every time network/location 
starts.
