I'm looking into moving all the "read-only" aspects of NCP, NCU, ENM, and LOC to the library. Thus, rather than the CLI checking if a property or object is read-only, the library returns NWAM_ENTITY_READ_ONLY error. The GUI can also rely on the library for read-only properties/objects.
