Could this be because the NoNet ipfilter config: # ipfstat -i block in log all pass in quick on lo0 all pass in quick proto udp from any to any port = bootpc Is blocking router discovery and IPv6 DHCP ... This would be consistent with what I'm seeing - IPv6 autoconf only succeeds when an NCU has come online by another address being assigned (either a static or IPv4 DHCP), and even then, only after a significant delay.
