[131] nwam gui unavailable to non root users
1. install and set up nwam
2. login as new user (no extra privs added)
3. right click on nwam panel icon
expected result
all menu and sub menu items should be enabled,
actual result
Network Preferences is greyed out
Network Locations is greyed out
all items in Connections are greyed out
VPN Preferences is greyed out
In terminal launch network-admin
error message
"user does not have enough authority to run nwam manager"
For root user, the menu items are not greyed out.
for root user it is possible to launch network-admin
