Surf, Board: JetBlue Introduces Free High-Speed Wireless Service at JFK's
Terminal 6; Egalitarian Low-Fare Carrier to Provide Free Wireless Access for
Customers 

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 12, 2003--JetBlue Airways (NASDAQ: JBLU)
today announced the launch of free high-speed wireless Internet access for
customers traveling through its east coast base in Terminal 6 at New York
City's John F. Kennedy International Airport. The free wireless access will
be available throughout the departure gate areas of Terminal 6.

JetBlue customers traveling through JFK's Terminal 6 can use their laptop
computers or other wireless-enabled devices to access their corporate
network, check email, surf the web or download files, all at no charge. The
service, which the airline developed inhouse, is compatible with any
802.11b-compliant device.

"Our goal is to use technology to make travel as hassle-free and as
enjoyable as possible," said David Neeleman, CEO, JetBlue Airways. "We've
worked hard to bring humanity back to flying by offering low-fares, friendly
service and innovative inflight amenities, such as free DIRECTV at every
seat, and now we're taking both the hassle and the cost out of connecting to
the Internet with free high-speed wireless access for all at JFK's Terminal
6." 

With this new service, JetBlue customers can now take advantage of free
high-speed wireless access on both coasts, as complimentary wireless access
is also available at JetBlue's west coast base at LA/Long Beach Airport by
the City of Long Beach.

JetBlue is a low-fare, low-cost passenger airline, which provides
high-quality customer service. JetBlue operates a fleet of 49 new Airbus
A320 aircraft and is scheduled to place into service another four A320s by
the end of 2003. The airline recently placed an order for 100 EMBRAER 190
aircraft with options for an additional 100. The first EMBRAER 190 is
scheduled to be delivered in mid 2005. All JetBlue aircraft feature roomy
all-leather seats each equipped with free live satellite television,
offering up to 24 channels of DIRECTV(R) Programming at every seat.*

Based out of New York City's John F. Kennedy International Airport, JetBlue
currently operates 194 flights a day and serves 22 destinations in 11 states
and Puerto Rico and plans to commence service from Boston, Massachusetts
beginning January 7, 2004.

The airline recently won Conde Nast Traveler's coveted "Best US Airline"
award in the magazine's annual Readers Choice Poll for the second
consecutive year.
