It's not about the power usage. I asked one of the counter persons and she listed things like people unplugging lamps, things getting stuck in outlets, people sitting in the best seats all day. Even though they had tried to accomidate the customers with power strips. Basically a number of problems can be traced to the laptop users. And Andy has a hot temper, someone probably just did something to push him over the edge. It may even have been someone recharging their cell phone.
