Wow, didn't get that correspondence!

Surely you cannot legally do that
What if it is a vodafone mobile customer, and they don't have a  
computer, or the internet? That's a bit unfair to charge them more,  
isn't it?

[ Having said that, it won't affect me, I've already moved to  
paperless ]
