Hi Paul, Let me put it simply.
It is not nice to require your customer to login to get their invoice. It is more acceptable to send them email with PDF attachment. It might be legal, but your customers will hate you for it. Just like requiring customers to pay to call help desk to ask why the hell is the online survey for redeeming the $10 bucks not working? Oh, no 0800 number either?
