It costs $1.50? What happened to the usual monthly bill in the mail that only gets stopped when you "go paperless"?
I know that it costs to do one off sends, but if you don't cancel the normal monthly invoice you should still get them free of charge, shouldn't you?? I'll be shocked if they've taken away free monthly invoices..!
