I'm kind of thinking the same

If you despise and do not trust IT people (and most of us in this
mailing list would fall under IT people). Then why are you still
asking for help in the mailing list? You're tainting the reputation of
the group that often help you (often if not always, for free!).

By all mean let's discuss ways to improve this industry. But calling
IT people untrusted is not doing any favor to the industry, the
customers, and even yourself.

May be you're just bitter, I don't know. I hope you don't do this to
be seen as more trusted by calling all the others less trusted.
