The listing module is location and / or address module dependent for its location specific content, using session vars to hold the current country, province, city data . A seamless integration of that across different content types (eg blogs) is still a way off. When using location or addresses module, obviously you select the location but with a blog what do you do? Domain Access might be a better solution at this stage.
