Thanks Berend/Dave.
If we're going to use a solution we need to deploy, then it needs to be
something we can maintain/possibly customise in-house so PHP is definitely a
requirement.
If it is a hosted solution then it doesn't matter as long as the API is good
enough if they need some custom needs down the line.
Will check out SugarCRM some more. Anyone had any experience with it? Good or
bad. Any gotchas etc?
