I would also suggest SugarCRM but not sure why Anru says community version is useless for commercial user (license issues Anru??)
I have helped supported a number of companies using it and created custom reports etc. Not always the easiest to comprehend and digest (I am more familiar with the backend over the front interface) but it seems to be all there and as also mentioned below - the exchange has HEAPS of additions.
