http://codeigniter.com/ is easy to install, and very quick to get
going with.

There are excellent video tutorials at http://net.tutsplus.com/?s=codeigniter
and a number of open source applications that indicate how it can be
used. Derek Allard, one of the developers is a prolific blogger and
you will find heaps of tips at http://derekallard.com/blog/category/codeigniter
