In revision 1363287 I modified the {{registerDefinition()}} method to use the
new {{TODO}} class from OAK-193. That way the method by default throws an
{{UnsupportedRepositoryOperationException}}, but the behavior can be changed at
runtime with {{-Dtodo=log}} or {{-Dtodo=none}}.
