The approach described in OAK-4006 seems sound. I just have one concern (not a technical one though... and hence it's part of this thread and not the issue itself). I think clone use-case is heavily documented (officially and unofficially) to be doable by simple removal of sling id file -- we'd really have to shout in the documentation that after this, clone use-case requires oak-run->reset_id (I'm assuming that the approach obviates the need to delete sling id file) Thanks, Vikas
