Hello everybody, in the company where I work we built a Jackrabbit 2.18.0 based product which we are using for many years, now we are planning to replace its core components with oak.
among the various points that we should uncheck, there is one related to the use of memory for which we would like to know if in oak it has been addressed in some way. Just recently I opened a thread on jackrabbit-users but got no replies, here it is https://lists.apache.org/thread/2jlpghhobjmoxk0sv1c7mol4h8g5gqz1, please consider that some of our production installations have 60G Lucene index, in those cases the heap-space retained by SharedFieldCache even reachs 8,3G, so it's really a very high occupation which we hope with oak was addressed.
