updated patch for the SecureNodeState that uses the permissionprovider to
evaluate read-access (still with quite some TODOs).
the RootImpl patch provides all required methods to create a SecureNodeState
for the root tree... so, in a next step we would need
to also adjust RootImpl#getRootNodeBuilder(). not sure about
RootImpl#getBaseState()
