angela updated OAK-709:
-----------------------

    Attachment: OAK-709_2.patch

updated patch for implementing SecureNodeState including usage in RootImpl and
removal of
all permission eval related code in TreeImpl.

as stated in OAK-695 we have an inconsistency in TreeImpl since we only checked
for hidden properties. the patch also addresses this and marks the test from
OAK-695 as tmp. ignored.

tests (without integration testing) are passing but i got the impression that
the moveIT test takes unusually long... therefore i suspect that the patch is
not correct when it comes to interaction with the base state and with the
move-handling.

[~mduerig], could you take a look at the patch from this perspective?
