Here is a patch with a test case demonstrating shadowing a node invisible due
to access control. See {{RootImplWithACLTest#testSetTree}}. Note the change in
{{RootImpl.PurgeRebaseDiff#addExistingNode}} where the actual shadowing takes
place.
