I created a [new pull request|https://github.com/apache/jackrabbit-oak/pull/95]
based on [~mduerig]'s feedback above, with test fixes applied and some
interfaces moved to `jackrabbit-api` as suggested in Michael's changes. Please
use this PR to review the changes relevant to this issue.
