[~mreutegg] the PR has been updated based on your feedback regarding changes to
pass the token in order to avoid server-side state as was done in the initial
proposal. URL to URI changes are being done in a [different
PR|https://github.com/apache/jackrabbit-oak/pull/96] I've created to collect
all of the changes into one.
