Personal sags is/are a particular beef of mine. Prospective riders are
advised not to bring them 1) on the registration form (I think - I don't have
one handy), 2) on the website, and 3) in the acceptance letter. It's one of
the few instructions that we repeat.

Of course the drivers, when challenged, deny all knowledge of such a rule.
We've even considered preparing maps for sag drivers to allow them to
travel off-route and meet riders at selected points on the route - but
that's a lot of work for uncertain benefit.
