Peter,

 I checked the acceptance letter and sure enough, it was there in the
riding tips section. 

 Could I suggest that next years organizers clarify the wording for sag,
as everyone may not be familiar with the term, especially those who's
mother tongue is not english.

 Currently it says: " Please refrain from having a personal sag car as
this adds to traffic congestion"

 A suggestion: " Please refrain from having a personal Support and Gear
(SAG) vehicle accompany you on the route. The extra traffic causes
congestion and can create more stress for the other riders"
