I used to ride a Terry proportional bike and it was extremely
comfortable and felt "normal" to ride. Yes, it is a bit of a drag to
carry two different inner tubes, but if the frame fits your body it's
worth the hassle. Terry and the knock-offs (Myata, Norco)were first to
consider a woman's anatomy, but now Trek has a "woman's specific design"
bike and Cannondale also has a "feminine" bike. Both use 26" wheels,
offer a shorter toptube, narrower handlebars and, depending on frame
size, shorter cranks. I'd suggest riding one before buying if possible.
