Yes, I also think the SAPS patrol car/s should be around Obs.  Once
when I phoned the W/stock Station some time in the early hours of the
morning, the chap who took the call had difficulty hearing/
interpreting what I was saying, so that I gave up in the end.  At the
moment, I don't feel the ONW / SAPS relationship is working
efficiently at all.....
