Hi Jonathan The idea of having our sector guys based here is a great idea. When sector policing started in Obs (we were the first to be set up) we had our dedicated officers based in an office in the community centre, however this was stopped by the powers on high.
Incidently the shift change at the station is 6 O clock and the criminals are aware of this, that is why they often do their darstardly deeds around this time because they are aware that there will be delays. The alarm doesn't go off when you smash a window? Anyway, I got a good look at the guy, called the cops, and then tracked him down in Lower Scott. Unfortunately he ran away, scaled a wall, got temporarily caught in some barbed wire and then disappeared. I'm not up to chasing anyone on foot with torn tendons. The cops eventually arrived but it was too late. If the observatory police vehicle had been in Obs at the time the guy would have been behind bars. Instead they drove along main road from the police station. I think, considering the amount of crime we have here, we should push for the vehicle to be kept in Obs when not taxi'ing criminals to the police station. Perhaps when the CID is up and running with their own security office, the police can use their facilities. Coffee is cheaper than petrol. J. ps. The guy was black, about 35, defined facial features... he was wearing a long camel coloured jacket (with lots of pockets) and dark pants. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ No virus found in this incoming message.
