My reply to the original poster was not sent but... it detailed that approval was sought and granted. Helen were you not at the OCA meeting when we discussed this. It was passed by OCA as all the Gordon Road residents had given the go ahead. So relevant people were given notice as was the OCA. However the Milton Road resident was not informed probably cause he fell out the legal radius for gaining consent.
