Geagte Trevor

Hiermee my verskoning aan Kaapstad Munisipaliteit!
DIT BLYK DAT DIT ONS EIE OCA IS WAT DIE BELANGE VAN DIE INWONERS
ONBELANGRIK AG!

wees.
En wat is "legal radius for gaining consent"? PLEASE EXPLAIN?

Hierdie was eenvoudig slegte oordeel (BAD JUDGEMENT!)

tagging.
MAAR DAN GRAFFITI (die *fok weet wie?) ONS DIE INGANG NA OBS?
"Welcome ALL graffiti artists!" MI CASA, SU CASA!

Feel free to *piss on my wall...
Feel free to party until midnight...
Feel free to drink in public...
Feel free to break your bottles in the street...
Feel free to keep my family awake till whenever...

It's all good, because its OBS!
THE LAWLESS "VILLAGE" IN CAPE TOWN.

Ja ek is moerig!
(...and don't dare tell me that this has nothing to do with crime...)
