The City does not work for you!!!!

I am have been trying to get my Rates and Water account sorted out for
my property in Blouberg for the last 2 years. Everytime I spend them
the City of Cape Town an email I get a response gthat someone will get
back to me in 7 working days.

My first email was April 2007 and I am still awaiting a reply
