We should be telling people we are interested, but have to confer with
someone else ... take a photo of the item and agree a time for them to come
back to you ... 
In that time, you can email the group the photo ... and get the cops to meet
him/ her when he comes back!!!!!

3 days ago a guy approached me with garden tools, I was convinced it was 
stolen and told him to go to hell, after he left a thought wwent through my 
mind. Why not buy it and then try to find out who it belonged to thus way 
the owner can refund what I had spent and get their property back. But then 
again that is buying stolen property, definately not my scene.
