I agree that I only heard bad things about OAR. I am a letting agent and property manger and investor in Obs and other areas. At some stage one of my owners hired a night guard from OAR. One late evening I came in, dropped a file off right next to the night guard and left again. Undetected, as he was fast asleep... and the smell in the room was unbearable. He was guarding hid sleep quite nicely. At some stage Sharon and Barney (husband and wife, owner of OAR if I am not mistaken) where looking for places to rent from me. They notoriously made appointments and did not pitch.... Where are they based. If I am not mistaken they are not based in Obs anymore --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~
