OAR cannot be relied on - they have on an occasion confused Lytton and Lynton so a house got cleaned out because they were at the wrong address and insisted that there was no burglary in process, etc.etc. Also the calibre of person they sometimes employ leaves much to be desired. Rather pay the extra - what you pay is what you get!
