The man in the white bakkie, it turns out, is an old man waiting everyday
for his grandchildren to finish school and then takes them home. I agree
that the underpass should be closed, even if just locked at night. There are
no trains running late at night and it is only used for criminal and vagrant
activities at night - a major security risk.
