I both live (Arnold Street) and work (Obs library) in Obs. Big Brian seems
to infer (maybe I am oversensitive?) that residents are somewhat apathetic
to the current status quo. The *only *establishments I frequent at night
are either The Wild Fig or A Touch of Madness (both drug free?). I don't
see the drug dealing, I don't see the drug users. I will do what I can to
keep Obs crime free - any suggestions then? I do care about Obs.
