What I an inferring is that not enough residents are involved. Those
who are involved, deserve accolades.
Anton is quite correct. Most of the consumers and suppliers of
narcotics do not reside in the area.
Drug dealing is a very nefarious activity. A quick exchange of money
and drugs happens in the blink of an eye.
In other instances, it is more obvious.
Keep an eye open. It becomes clear, when one is more observant.
