Is it not possible for the Obs community to put together a petition
requesting that the clubs in question be closed down? Or possibly have
the area rezoned so that clubs can't operate in that area? I don't
really know enough about the municipal legislation - but I would think a
petition signed by the Obs community should carry some weight.
