Mr Windvogel representing the Liquor Board, arrived at last weeks Liqor Licenses meeting dressed completely and dramatically in black, even his tie was black. The Raybans were black. He certainly expressed his feelings via his outfit about the Observatory Liquor Licence related problems in a dramatic and unforgettable way.
Darth Vadar take note.
I am encouraged !!!!

It is time that we the residents of Observatory are to be

The Western Cape Cape Liquor Board needs to be held accountable
for their contribution to the rampant abuse of alcohol in
Observatory. May I suggest that the OCA, ONW, OBSID, SAPS, Metro
Police, City of Cape Town and the Premier of the Western Cape,
meet with this "rubber stamp" and lay down the law regarding
    liquor licences.
This community needs to be informed and involved in these
decisions, and should have the right to veto any liquor license
application. The biggest stakeholders are the community, and their
collective interests far outweigh any troublesome liquor license.
