First point of action to improve Obs is to PULL PADDY'S HEAD IN AND GAG HIM! He's single handedly doing more damage to Obs than anyone else. I'm not saying our neighbourhood doesn't need improving and we have our uniques set of issues. But Paddy's neurotic generalisation of crime in our community isnt doing anyone any favours.
