I have a contract with ADT. I think this kind of thing is unacceptable:
either your service is worth the monthly contract fee, or it isn't. I have
suspected ADT of doing this kind of wheeler-dealing, but am not sure yet how
to address it. Any ideas from anybody else? I realise they need to keep
clients, but in the long term the non-complaining clients will end up paying
for the reduced-fee clients, not to mention new contracts at special prices,
etc.
