We have tried on a few occasions to get Colin into the system so that he can
be cared for more effectively. However he is not co-operative. If he applies
his foul mouth to you lay a charge of criminen injuria with Woodstock SAPS
this will help us to start a process whereby we might be able to get him off
the streets.
