In my experience Colin is quite harmless, he's definitely somewhat sensitive, stubborn and easily affronted but I think we also need to see that someone like Colin, being as he is also has a place in our community, especially one as vibrantly different and Bohemian as Obs is and always has been. Certainly he deserves the same respect we all afford ourselves, a well-meaning but stern word will always see him off if he does trouble one for money or use one's garden as a bathroom, as has been my misfortune once before.
