I am also quite scared of him, I think he is just over the edge. I would definetely make sure my kids don't come anywhere near him. He is traumatising as is, with those bound feet. Like a war survivor who has walked a million miles from Siberia! I would call the police and complain, he should be in a safe place, not on the roads. Well, that's my opinion... Melanie
