Hi James,

Thanks for this message, and we as residents appreciate what you do for the
neighborhood.

Where do we get the assurance that this cable has been properly and permanently
fixed and not just patched - awaiting the next slight problem to knock the
power out. Sorry, but after the number of outages and the verbal promises in
the past, I am more skeptical that this may or could just be another patch job,
I think it is time the Mr John Petersen or senior members of his Domestic Power
Unit put something down on paper or put their money where their mouth is to
assure the residents, that a PROPER PERMANENT job has been completed. A
guarantee for their workmanship. That the power will remain on.

Thanks,
Doug.

Att: Mr John Petersen -Senior Superintendent Domestic Power
Our domestic power is still on and working well in Scot Road and surrounds,
glad that the actual problem concerning the cable fault was repaired.
Once again thank you to all who moaned and groaned, phoned or complained,
pushed or shoved, and especially to the electrical department for attending to
the problem.

Thanks
