Hi James, Thanks for this message, and we as residents appreciate what you do for the neighborhood.
Where do we get the assurance that this cable has been properly and permanently fixed and not just patched - awaiting the next slight problem to knock the power out. Sorry, but after the number of outages and the verbal promises in the past, I am more skeptical that this may or could just be another patch job, I think it is time the Mr John Petersen or senior members of his Domestic Power Unit put something down on paper or put their money where their mouth is to assure the residents, that a PROPER PERMANENT job has been completed.
