I have had the same experience. Firstly, walking home yesterday I noticed the new Premier signs where there were previously OAR signs. I checked with Obsid this morning, Premier has taken over VS armed response AND kept the staff. Premier has also taken over OAR - and if they have taken those staff, I shall fight tooth and nail to have my contract cancelled - I think we all know the history of OAR and their staff. I am not a happy chappy at the moment.
