While the CPF meeting is open to all , I don't think it was the intention to utilize this as a public meeting with VS/Premier. I think that all customers who wish to know the details and ask questions should indeed organise a meeting with VS/Premier. I am sure James will note this and mention it at tonights meeting as well as reporting back on the deal and the continuation of services and what to do if you are unhappy and wish to terminate etc In the mean time post your questions here and James will take them forward to the meeting tonight. VS monitor this group and I find it disappointing they have not yet responded in person.
