Seems a bit of a pity that VS did not use this forum to inform people - I hope they will respond.
The new Consumer Protection Act should protect you should you wish to cancel your contract. I wonder if Premier will honour the special contract rates for ONW members and if they will continue with a similar arrangement. SO VS feel free to jump in here and address the valid concerns.
