Would be helpful if we all knew and appreciate the rules. laws and
boundaries regarding access and use of this lovely restored public park
space.
For instance, can we all agree that the park is for anyone with access to a
key and who uses it responsibly?. It is not only for babies or for dogs
accompanied by adults. I have also allowed my teenage son and his friends to
go and chill in the park and would not like to see people telling them its
not for them.  If they misbehave, that is another issue.
