Iain Williamson responded to be almost immediately via telephone. He
has assured me that that he agrees with me about the fact that I
should not get an increase after negotiating a new rate just recently
and that the increase should be in the 12 month anniversary of that
price negotiation. He explained the letter was an automated thing and
that it would not necessarily have resulted in an increase for me any
way.

He further explained that they deal with clients on a case by case and
needs basis which allows for varying rates of charge - as complicated
as this may be and as unfair or non transparent as it may seem. If
you are not happy with your rate or service for that matter - call
them up and negotiate.

Further there are a much wider range of service options possible that
I was not aware of that would make a difference to the price.

Thank you Iain Williamson and thank you ADT.

Further I wish to thank ADT and Rob Dale for offering to waive the
fees for monitoring and response for the OCA parking lot kiosk when
the current contract expires soon.

Iain was having problems responding on the google group - I am helping
him overcome those problems.
